Pumpkin Pie

Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros -- Home

{Dress: Modcloth-- Cardigan: Forever21 -- Scarf: H&M -- Boots: DSW -- Hat: UO}

Now that I am back home I am taking full advantage of the cold weather. I got out my yummy pumpkin scarf and my new black boots. Also this dress is one I got from the Modcloth sale. All of the reviews weren't very good because they all said the torso was too long and made them look baggy. Luckily, a short torso is normally my problem, so I knew this one would be perfect! And it is, totally cute and romantic. And it is even better that it only cost under 20 dollars.

Can any of you believe it is already October, it feels like school only started a week ago! I'm extremely excited for this month though. My boyfriend has his 20th birthday and my dad is going to visit me for a day two weeks from now! It's hard living far away from him, he's really the most amazing person I have ever met. Also this month I feel a lot of baking coming on. All I want is to make pies and muffins and drink tons of vanilla tea. I started last night actually, with a warm french apple pie and probably to much whipped cream.

What are your plans for autumn?

My favorite part of this outfit is the cardigan...very sweet.
I have been baking lots of fun Fall things! This week I made homemade chicken noodle soup and pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, so cozy and yummy! I also found a recipe for homemade pumpkin spice lattes, so that's up next. :)

OMG, this outfit is so cute. And I can't believe what a good price it is. I can't believe it's already October :) I hope your bf had a nice 20th bday. That's so young, hehe. You look adorable in these photos and the boots are so perfect with the tights, very edgy.
Thanks for your nice comment :)

I really love how you tied the scarf under your belt. I'm super obsessed with always defining my waist, and this is so inspiring! The pop of color with the scarf is great too.
Home by Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros always puts me in a great mood. I saw them play this summer at a music festival and the whole crowd was singing and dancing along, it was wonderful!
